Seems to have come back now.
I kept refreshing the newsgroup list in Agent but all it would give me
was the german teevee group, eventually 'alt.binaries.teevee' appeared
and I was able to get headers.
Like others have said, there are gaps where 'something broke' but
hopefully its fixed now.
