(Re-Download Headers)
Top menu options...
Select 'Action'>>>'Get Headers>>>Sample Recent Headers
enter the number of days that you want to go back, enter 2 days
then 'ok' it.
Agent should then do its work.


(View All Headers)
Top menu option...
Select View>>>All Messages

or (a better way) you can click on the 'subject' bar (the one with the
tiny pair of binoculars icon) click on the Right side of the
binoculars not the left... it should give you a box of options.
(if I explained it right).
