Sure I am - if you go to the trouble of making them, I will certainly
use them. They are higher definition than the ones uploaded by Andrew
(720x480), or the ones I had from way back (512x384).

Don't worry about the size - just use the same CRF for all of them.
x264 will use whatever bits it needs to keep the quality the same. Not
like the old days when we were always trying to fit on 1 or 2 CDs.
