I'm getting Excellent download service from my free server... VM.
It takes the piss when my paid back-up (AstraWeb) is worse than my
'free' server.
I had noticed (with trying to upload with them(AstraWeb)) that my
'Back-Up' server... Astraweb was going to shit (as you say) :|
So... I also joined tweaknews (on advice) with a 'block account' ...
as a back-up for my back-up, I'm not sure how good they are though as
I mainly upload through them and don't usually need to use them for
downloading.
One thing I can say though is that I have seen lots of AstraWeb
complaints in the newsgroups over the last few weeks/months... but Not
ONE complaint about Tweaknews.
I'm far from being an expert on this subject so I'm sure that others
can give you better advice about TweakNews and other alternatives.
:)
