JCBinup is the default posting name for the posting software of the same name.A
bit like Yenc@power-post is the generic posting name for PowerPost. If you look
at their headers in detail you'll realise there are dozens of them out there.
Either they are too idle to change it to something useful or they are using it
as a form of anonymity. either way they are breaking usenet etiquette by doing
so.
