Yup, it is. Not sure yet, but after looking a bit more thoroughly
through my 7.something terabytes of crap, I managed to find
"Engineering Disasters 14" (at least, that's what I called it.) and the
Sansinena is on it as well. I do not know if it is the same (exact) one
as this one. I'll find out when I burn it and watch it. Modern Marvels
is a great program. Is it still on? I don't have cable so I have no way
of knowing.
The program said that the blast was felt 40 miles away, and my Mom was
only 24 miles south of it, so it was no wonder that the picture window
she was sitting next to shook! Like me, my Dad was on a ship at the
time, as I remember. The story I heard after it happened was that there
was a gaurd shack at the gate where the fence is. I'm not sure how far
that was as the only time I was docked at outer harbor (that is what
that dock was called) was AFTER it was rebuilt. But they said that they
never found anything of the gaurd that was on duty. I need to watch the
videos to see if there is any more info. I was on a ship at the time
(Mobil tanker somewhere up North) so I'm gonna learn some new facts
here as well.
I got your post! Wow, that was fast! I do enjoy those programs, so i'll
do them tonight as I sleep...
Thanks for all.
P.S. Groundhog Gus: I think you may be right as they both seem to end
the same way.
Later...
