I've had an interruption of ~ 3 months (since the end of October) due
to severe (and yet unexplained!) problems in reception. All my TV
programs (via cable) went to garbage every minute.
Though I emitted several complaints to my ISP, they never solved the
issue, declaring that my connection was “fully functional” from their
side.
And then, 10 days ago, while I was watching ATW I suddenly realized
that I'd had 20 minutes with no trouble at all!
Apparently – and I don't know why – the perturbations (several
hundreds/thousands of “CRC errors” per hour!) have vanished…
I don't know how long it will last, but I've begun to record again the
NHK World programs.
