Tick one of the boxes or both and then click Create NZB
Save the nzb file on a place you can find it back and then open the
nzb file in your newsreader.
If your newsreader does not support nzb files then download Grabit,
that is a program to download binairy files, support nzb files and it
is free.
Grabit is not a posting tool, use it only to download binairie files.
Teranews should hold files longer than the 269 days it was ago the
files were posted.
