No, not fixed.

The zip file is corrupted; specifically, the compressed PDF file.

Both Winrar and PKZipfix (an original Phil Katz command-line utility;
ancient but functional) are able to correct and create a functioning
zip file with all but the PDF file; PKZipfix leaves a corrupt
compressed pdf file, while Winrar throws it away.

Because the corruption is limited to a unique file or files in the
compressed archive, in this case I would tend to suspect not your
newsreader/posting app, but the method and/or program you're using to
create the zip files in the first place.

If you're created the pdf yourself, that could possibly be another
problem source.
