A iso file is a image file of a cd.
With your cd burning program you can burn this image to a cd.
In the cd program there should be a option "burn image to cd", else
you get a iso file on a cd and that is not the meaning.
You also can open the iso file in a cd/dvd simulation program like
DAEMON Tools http://www.daemon-tools.cc/eng/home or a other dc/dvd
simulation program ( Alcohol 52 )
http://www.free-downloads.net/programs/Alcohol_52__Free_Edition
Then you will discover you have a cd with 2 folders on it and 2 files.
Beside that Alcohol 52 also is a great tool to make real cd's from
image files.
hope this will help.
