Likely the tip lost something in the parsing?
I was pointing out that in groups away from this
place - such as "mainstream" support groups -
there do exist "hoops to jump through".
Failing to read the group, and note the etiquette
required before posting anything, quite often
leaves a floundering (keen) newbie with a bad experience.
More so today in "modern Usenet" than ever.
