It's a single .rar file, not two zip files.
In Agent, you'll have to JOIN SECTIONS first. Select both 1/2 and 2/2,
then right-click and select "Join Sections". Agent can be picky about
what it decides to automatically combine.
BTW - it's easier to connect your question with the applicable message
if you use Agent's "Reply" function instead of composing a new
message. In this case it was pretty clear anyway, but that's not
always the case.
