How "about to expire"??...... How many days to Dead On Arrival
status??

There are only a couple of those "wackos" in here. Unfortunately, not
all nymshifters.
I just held on to the hope that those that tried it (the house
"Special"!) would come to see the "wackos" lied.
This group would not have lasted 5 minutes if the Tools were spy
ridden like the "whackos" says.
Slowly, but surely, the light is turning on. But not at "whacko's"
house.... he won't pay his account.

You are using Agent 5 Trialware as your newsreader, Giganews as your
newsprovider. It is not on a piggy back plan through your ISP.
This is good. Using a separate newsprovider and not going through your
ISP helps keep your Internet Connection safer.
Nothing is present that shouldn't.
And don't worry about that memories link. If you were findable, he
would be sending you email. Like he has others who were silly enough
to hold his hand.
Sewgirl is not exactly an uncommon nym!
The "danger" comes more with what you type in your details and how you
refrain from inviting the neighbours in for tea - just because they
sound friendly.
No personal emails present - tick
No sign of personal info that I can see at a glance anywheres - tick
You look pretty anonymous to me! No offence!! This is a good thing!

Thank gawd somebody is reading and learning!
The static is set in place for those that want to read it, to analyse
it and decide if that was them, what would they do based on the data
presented.
In the end, static cannot keep you safe if you choose to ignore it.

Special Agent ...?! Can't wait to see Hopper's head pop over that one!
Special Agent Hopper..... Wonder if I will get promoted to 99??
ROFL... erhem....
It's ... er... "special" (if you like) because there are more people
willing and able to offer help with it than the newer versions of
Agent. Newer may be shinier (to some), but those same "some" are not
so vocal in offering any kind of "this-->then-->that" help for it.
You've noticed the drama over Newsbin. Biggest heap of crap is that
program, but people refuse to be told. I am sorry they spent money to
get it, but that is just economics. "Special" Agent is free and comes
with a heap of people in this group who can help you drive it.
Win/win.
The wig out part that memories is pointing to is an optional .ini file
that you (at your own free will) can swap with the installed .ini file
to help you with some (and only some) settings.
No phoning home, no direct line to Heaven.... nothing so fun as that.
It just shortcuts a few things that you will have to do yourself if
you choose to.
It's all about choice.
Once you are comfortable with option changes (and you installed the
optional .ini), change the options yourself.
Hopper has the tutes and the bandwidth to post them. I have dialup and
just got dumped off for the second time today, so posting them is out
at the moment for me.
Where He is at (computer wise for posting) at the moment, I am not
sure. He did post a while back that He was off fencing, how long that
was going to take, I don't know.
Just one thing. Ask Hopper as to what you have to do to totally strip
out Agent 5 before loading the "Special" version. The Tools version is
(looks at my mine.....) 2.0/32.652. That's a fair few versions before
your new 5 one. There may be conflicts Hopper is aware of. Best to
ask.
I loaded mine before I tried any trial versions, so I didn't have to
worry about conflicts of newer files being replaced by older ones.
Enjoy the static! Your post has created some already!!
