What is your software?? And version?? This may be just a simple case
of version incompatibility.
I have converted it to an older version of pes. Try that. I am
interested to see if that works.
If it doesn't, Hus will open in anything and I will forward that
instead.
If this works, and you have future problems with files not being
accepted by your machine, open the file in your software, convert it
to something totally different, and then convert it back to pes. By
using your software (that you know your machine accepts) you (usually)
override any aversion your machine has to the original.
As long as you can open it to start with.
