Primarily you have achieved Voice, you are seen and
you can see.. this is a good outcome.
That other "memories" person, facing defeat in

As a start , small steps is best, yes.. highlight the post
you want to respond to and left click on the "Follow-UP" tab.
Leave the subject as it is, do nothing in that field.
In the body of the post, place the cursor below the
quoted text and type your message.
Select "send".
That will get you going in a thread as a conversation.
Follow that and we can help you get whatever information
you choose.
