Just delete the file from the list in Agent and download all headers
again, sometimes it takes time for a file to propagate on a server and
in that time it is possible you get a gorrupt file.
The OOP OESD 10217 - 11679 PDF.rar file is 110 MB large and with such
a large file posted in one pice there can go something wrong.
I downloaded it and it came through just fine.
Just try downloading it again.
