Your attachment never made it anywhere. It's too big. Even your last
big post only made it to some newsservers, because it was over 1.6MB.
I'm guessing that this one was over 2MB, which eliminates most premium
servers as well.
Let agent break up your posts automatically into pieces of about 500KB
each. In the 'attachments' screen, select 'properties', check the box
labeled "Send large message as multiple messages", enter 350000 as the
"Maximum chars per message", and check the boxes labeled "Include
attachment filename in subject" and "Send text as preface (0/N) section.
