I did some research and Usenet Explorer receives well, but posts like
crap. Which is ok for downloading, but this is why so many are unable
to get your posts. A lot of people find it impossible as a posting
tool.

Attached is a print screen I made from the help section at Usenet
Explorer's homepage. Find the screen in your settings that is depicted
in this picture and see what yours says.
If you have yEnc selected, then change it to Uuencode.
If it says Uuencode, then the program is never going to post files
that split, properly.

In the Subjects selection bit, you don't need to have Filenames in
Quotes selected. And I don't know what "append yEnc" means.
What it is appending it to, I don't know. Whatever it is doing, it's
doing it wrong.

If your Uuencode is not set, do that first. Do only that if it is set
for yEnc.
Set the line length for Uuencode to less than 10000.
But the Encoding Attachments section MUST say Uuencode.

Let me know what you find.
