First, I can't imagine what kind of design-related information would
take 100 Megabytes. I'm sure that there's tons of either redundant or
unnecessary stuff it there. I wasn't going to download it, but I just
did and it contains a 95 megabyte PDf, and the embroidery designs in
BOTH .hus and .pes formats. I used Acrobat's optimizer function to
reduce the image resolution in the pdf to 75dpi and the 95 megabyte file
reduced to 1.7MB!

You didn't say what you're seeing. In Agent, I see three files labeled
part1.rar, part2.rar, and part3.rar, at 35, 35, and 28 megabytes, or if
you're displaying lines, they're over 250,000 lines each. Ignore the
.par files.
If you save all three of them to the same folder, current versions of
RAR can extract everything automatically if you right-click on part1 (in
windows explorera) and select "extract here".
