.. most of the players here would. There are a few, a very
few who would not. Why that is so you will have to ask
of them. They may just tell you, but I doubt it :->
>however when asking why don't more people

Two things here??
One.. Usenet is unique in how posts are propagated.
Usenet is _not_ eMail.
UseNet is _not_ Peer to Peer.
Usenet is not a web based FTP archive.
To have a post succeed in getting to everyone there are STANDARDS.
These are set in concrete and have been that way since UseNET started.
UseNET predates the WWW (web).. it is waaay older than the "Internet".
Now.. there is _nobody_ who has subscribed to Usenet and not had
to do something towards learning those rules. Even the truants and
malcontents _have to_ obey some rules so as to get read.
What are your "posting police" are my well welcomed people who
showed ME what to do.. back in 1994/5 when I 'graduated' from
the BBS system to Usenet.
I was grateful.. I wasn't *angry* at their insistence.
I ask.. what is different about you?
Secondly...You don't want "posting police" criticizing (guiding) your
efforts.. right?
Fine.. be very sure then it will be the Copyright Cops you
will be making friends with.
See if THEY are nice to you :-D

And that is, what.. not helping you??
Have you read the FAQs posted.. the tutorials.. have you?

How silly is that??
Of course not.. I wear pants/trousers, and have a
complete functioning set of "wedding tackle"!!
No,. I aint showing you,., you just have to take my word for it <bg>
Pixie OTOH is a goil.. a rather helpful clever
person - for a goil - but a goil none-the=less... with
all those bumpy things goils got saddled with... not
Art, I tell Ya..!!
/lmao
/slaps cheek
... sorry,, I get carried away, sometimes.
I have an active mind <g>
My question is.
Why do you not _know_ these are two separate posters/people.?
What is the problem you are having in identifying each?

That is my fanboi.. ignore his crap. There is half your battle done.
Find these headers in a "hopper" post??

You are reading his BS.. not my BS.. Ok?

GN will, to those asking, yes.. and not always under a subpoena like they
reckon... so the story goes in Usenet circles :-/
>and Sonic will not...don't know for sure if this is true,

Any NSP in America is obliged to hand over your data when a
subpoena is writ. This has never happened in ABCP, but a few I know
came very very close. That was back in 2004. I have not had
anyone ask for help with that since. The security stuff I put in
place back then works. Period.
There is more danger from "scammers". These are criminals who
contact you by eMail and demand $200 or they will "call the cops".
that has happened a few times here.. We fixed that <BFG>
I have Sonic accounts.
What you are saying is not correct so there IS a problem with
your setup.
I could help you with that , just not here.
There is this NG set aside specifically for this type of stuff.
If you turn up there I will assist you.

You are using X-Newsreader: Forte Agent 6.00/32.1186
I do not support that version of Agent buuut I may be
able to help with some other basics.

dummy level.
Be proud you got this far :-)
