Feedback is always helpful yet not always required to
know what is happening.
Your policy would be shared by many, fee.. I myself
have a slightly differing attitude but that is what
makes the world interesting.. we are all different :-)

No worries.. it is intended to have discussion so
everyone learns, sharing what is discovered/found.
There is the way to building a solid cohesive group
forum.. well, so I believe :-)
Others disagree, as you have read.

The whole of the Wilcom program is a journey of
discovery, for myself.
I do not sew, so my workload is maybe too
much at times :-)

There are problems for those fluent in English in that
manual. There are two manuals, fee.. you know this?
The "in built Help" and a User Manual as a separate
download - the 800 pages?

Yes.. and here is what I have found works?
Open your <shark.jef> in Wilcom and "lock" it.
Then , using another set of colours 'trace over' each
section as you would in building a new design. The
original (jef) helps in seeing what stitch and limits
of area are used in the original. The stitches worked
there, so they will work in your copy of them.
This speeds up the work a little.
When done, "hide" the original and reset the colours
and sequence for the new design.
You can "show" and "hide" the original to get the look
just right in your new design.

And I hope for your comment on my work.
So far few besides Pixie have bothered to take the
time.
I am here to learn.. not supply designs willy nilly as
folks request them. Some I would not even attempt, I
know my limits.
Seems fair to me.. to you?

Ok.. fee?
Most of the problem for you is the posting tool you use
(Newsleecher and PowerPost).
Like Nieve you have taken the hard road.
I understand this is not entirely your choice due to
the amount of noise around my "help posts" these last 5
years. Things are a lot quieter now so perhaps you can
revisit what it is you need to know in getting posts up
that work for everyone.
I will help where I can, however I know little about
how Newsleecher works other than it produces a poor
result.
All the help pages I have looked at only talk about
downloading, not posting. So how you change to UUencode
I cannot say right now.
PowerPost (I have seen you use that too) is fine but is
just not flexible enough and way to easy for a newbie
to reign havoc with.
I think with time you will appreciate it is far better
to post stuff so there is no need for you to look at
doing reposts. This is what I have found anyway.
>Thanks

fee.. you are responding to a post made by my fanboi..
aka ForgerBOI.
You believe you are responding to my post?
Message-ID:<zuuDn.267188$Jq1.200625@en-nntp-05.dc1.easynews.com>
No, you are not.
You are responding to this post:
Message-ID: <NLCDn.343290$K81.184668@newsfe18.iad>
Since he has started this - copy and paste of my posts
- you do need to look at headers in a post before
responding IF you are looking to respond to me.
You can 'talk' to whomever you like , it is just plain
embarrassing (for you) to discover you are not talking
to the person you believe you are.
There is what he sets out to do, make fools of us in
ABCP. He laughs, you go quiet.
You get what he is doing?
You know my fanboi.. IT has been posting here for
years, and has done exactly the same thing before when
NDJ-Jean was having his problems.
Few in ABCP realised what IT was doing, so, today he
tries the same thing again.
Times have changed.
You will not see these lines in any post make, fee.
Take that to the Bank.

A lot of reading and translation in that post fee..
I hope it is early morning for you :-)
