You're kidding, right?
I'm sure that you could find a better image if you looked. What you
posted is not difficult, it's impossible to even SEE it all, much less
attempt to interpret. While you're looking for it, you should also be
able to find the specific name of the font that's used.
Having found a somewhat better image, there's more to it than just
letters and a background. Light streaks, a moon, etc. And it's NOT a
square image, so making it 4x4 would be impossible without
significantly distorting it.
