errr.. coming in late, as per <g>
My easter was rather lengthy.. heh
Had a lot of non-kafflick things to do.. like fun, just
for starters :-D
Embird..?.. mmmmm
Pros?
Has a great cataloguing selection of features
[I use it exclusively for file sorting, converting and
info sheet production]
Has a very small computer footprint and thus runs on
low end 'older' computers.
[Embird is the only embroidery program loaded to my
98se Acer Travelmate-24800]
Cons?
The GUI is very rudimentary, agricultural even.. but
that suits the purpose I use it for. I couldn't imagine
digitising with it.. be a right PITA.
Verdict?
Q. Would I pay money for the program
A. Not on your Nellie.. no way.
Also there is a very well functioning Yahoo support
froup for the program.. fine if you do not post
anything that detracts from using the program.
.. there's my two bobs worth<g>
