_only_ way a leech can be sure the file is there _and_
proven good by another.
I say "functional" as it is often the case in ABCP that
folks just post "thanks" to anything.

Others.. (a great many in past times) arrive, get
confused/frustrated/bewildered and react in a way that

Such is "that person".
The performance says more about himself than anyone
else posting to ABCP.
