Depends on what the request addresses.
The Subject line is easy:
REQ: Would someone please...... blah
The Body is another matter.
Ideally a requestor should put as much information as
they have available.
Efficiency as a priority, the less work someone has to
do to fill a request the better the chance of having a
request filled.. be it a design set, a single design
build or a set of tools to upload.
