If W7 works like previous versions, RIGHT-click on the clock in the
lower righthand corner and select 'adjust date and time' or something
similar.  You should then get a window that lets you fix/select/change
your specific time zone (it even gives you options for Arizona and
Indiana, two states that don't follow the rest of the US when changing
to and from Daylight Savings Time), let it automatically change
to/from DST, etc.
