AD1048 - design 68360 has cards along with a cigar and a lotto ticket.
Smart Needle has a couple of money designs that could be modified to
be pocket toppers (In their 'Pocket Topper Kids' or 'Pocket Applique'
category)
Couldn't find any pocket toppers, but there are lots of designs that
include FIRE or FLAME, including a few flaming alphabets.
