I'm not MamaT, but in her defense I think there is a misunderstanding.
Around these parts Mama T can be a grandmothert and to be able to
distinquish the difference between the maternal grandmother from the
paternal grandmother, one could be called Mama T while the other Mama
G depending on their first name. I'm not sure where you got the
impression that this was a female mammary gland slang???
