Some tips on PDF posts?
Lifting PDF straight from CDs, and or imported from a scanner,
is fine for use on a desktop.
Posting them in that form to Usenet is sheer madness.
The files require 'optimization" for Usenet and the WWW, regardless.
How you do that step is a personal choice, there are many ways.
My preference is in using a print function of "PDF Factory".
I strongly suggest posters here look at the example post
pointed to and search the options in
their PDF printer to emulate that example.
