ok....
According to "maggy" they are passworded (locked), WC.. so
I hope you did only get headers and not the actual files.
The post is Spam.. deliberately set to list the way it does.
FYI.. this is an old trick of Jeans.
On this occasion he has (according to maggy) locked the
file/s as a little "gift" :-/
At one time he had a weeks fun egging folks with the
promise of a password. The next time he did it folks
weren't so keen.
But he does it again... braindead, has to be..!
There is a united loathing of peeps who post locked files to Usenet
in "sharing" groups. That loathing is almost a traditional attribute in a
binding union of articulate members.

.. ask the edjut to explain again his reason for the quantity.
I am sure *he* didn't understand his first attempt at explanation :-/
Spammers couldn't give a FF[aerial sex] what amount of articles they post.
And yes.. I reposted the set just the other day.
Re: [repost] AnitaG_ Owls and Woodlands [was]
AG Quilt #2 [x]blueRope81 - QuiltWork.x.AG.rar (1/4)
BR81 posted them originally so the success rate was very poor.

Smart thought.. yer wont get to know if you don't ask :-)
A word to the wise, WC..?
IF you have been reading my posts for any length of time you will
know I usually provide links to the information I rely on, or a link to a direct
quote. This for both Usenet *and* web sources.
Rarely will I provide a link to an actual binary file.
There is a reason for that last reluctance.
Usenet is no different to the web (www) or eMail in that using links
placed in posts should be treated with caution. Usenet is somewhat safer
in that the material in the link has to be decoded before it is "live".
Anything else is plain text and thus maybe only harmful to the head as
"unwanted information".
However today, with so many tools offered with "auto" functions for decoding,
there are those who are gravitating towards providing links to material
one would not normally download. This, so as to entrap the unwary user.
As "scurrilous" a practice as that is, it is Usenet and nobody can stop these
malcontents from posting links.. it is up to the individual to decide what to
"trust".
As a rule of thumb for _anywhere_ in Usenet you do not download _anything_ that
originates from a NL domain, without checking first. One certainly never uses
any links a known malcontent posts. In ABCP there is only one NL person who has
begun copying my "style" in using links. A wise person will never use a link
Jean posts, under any of his used nyms. Period.
ummm.. IF you aren't sure on how to "check a post" then say so and I will
explain further.
cheers.
