If you still have the cd you can use the free program Alcohol 52% to
create a iso file of the cd, look at this page:

If you only have files and you need to make a iso file you can use the
program Power ISO, you can find it here:

or check this website:

If you can not find a iso file making program that is free then there
still is a way to come to a iso file.
Burn the files to a cd/dvd with yout cd/dvd burning program and then
use Alcohol 52 to make a iso file from the cd/dvd you have made.
If you use a cd r/w or a dvd r/w you can erase the disk after you have
made the iso file and use the disk for a other job again.
