Difference between Click N Stitch and Digitize and Stitch (alt.binaries.crafts.pictures)

I have been looking at Click N Stitch that was uploaded here. I
cannot find this software on the Amazing Designs site anymore and
wondered if Digitize and Stitch was the same software just a newer
version.

Any help is appreciated.
