I'm afraid that the image is a combination of being too rough and too
intricately detailed to work from directly. It would require almost a
complete re-drawing.
BTW - if you put this up as a general REQuest rather than addressing
it to a specific person, someone else with more time, patience, and
skill than I have might take a crack at it, or possibly just create a
usable graphic.
