A generic trojan is not necessarily bad. I haven't downloaded this program
but if you have to use a patch, your AV software may well tell that the
patch is a generic trojan and quarantine it. Remember that a patch is
software that potentially changes a program or application, just like a
real trojan or virus. In this case it is to bypass the licensing system.
Yes, I guess you have to restore it and apply the patch.
